Staff is excellent, personable, pleasant and professional. Purchased my car from Dillon in sales, financed with Will, and just had a great experience with Thomas in service. All around great service (and super clean facility to boot!).
My wife and I drove down from Maine to check out a car. They were great to work with. We were in and out in no time at all. The salesman Dillon was easy to work with. The sales manager and the finance manager were great and kept us up to date throughout the entire process. Would gladly buy a car from them again.
This was my first time using the service department and I was pleasantly surprised. Tom and the crew were very informative and answered all my questions. It's difficult finding a trustworthy service department in the area. After making my appointment and speaking with Tom, I could tell that he has a lot of experience in his field and from a customer standpoint this important to me. My family and I will be bringing all of our vehicles to Granite Hyundai for any maintenance and repairs in the future.
Trey was amazing! So were Austin and Tyler. This was the fastest car purchase I’ve ever made and it was so easy. No pressure from the team at all, I was given the space to process what needed to happen and move forward because it was what I wanted to do. My credit is not great and they worked with that to get me into a quality ride. 10/10 would buy here again.
I cannot say enough about my experience with Granite Hyundai. From the website (very user friendly) to the staff (shout out to Rodney, the most amazing salesperson I have ever worked with), every step of the process was seamless and — dare I say — enjoyable? I am extremely happy with my experience with Granite Hyundai. Everyone was very Professional and courteous. We were greeted at the door with a smile and a handshake. The gentleman Andrew (who turned out to be our salesman)Introduced himself and asked us what we were looking for?… sales or service, etc. He was great and I felt very comfortable and secure in the fact, I was getting a quality vehicle for the money and that they stand behind what they sell. This was by far, the easiest and nicest car buying experience I have ever had! Some one will come to offer some cold refreshments, some hot coffee or tea. My little 4 yr old came home with a few bag of chips given by one of the salesman that did not sale us a car.
My wife and I was offer many cold drink since it was a hot day. I fell really good spending my money where I’m welcome and respected.
